Our whole ethos is tailored to the clients requirements. We can provide architectural services for planning. From our initial client consultation a complete measured survey of the proposed site / premises, our design options with detailed design drawings, we create planning drawings quickly for planning application submission to local authorities (if necessary) to include current building regulations which will meet all legislative criteria. The initial fees will be deducted from the final project invoice.
